MEET BLAIR T. WARDLE
Fearless Prosecutor, Defender of Freedom
FEARLESS PROSECUTOR
I have devoted my entire legal career to seeking justice for victims and holding offenders accountable. As the current Chief Deputy Attorney for the Box Elder County Attorney's Office, I oversee and manage our dedicated prosecutors in the District, Justice, and Juvenile Courts in addition to handling my own caseload. I have prosecuted thousands of cases over the years and have litigated countless jury trials. I have never shied away from difficult cases - particularly those involving child victims and sexual abuse.

I am humbled and honored to have been named Utah's Prosecutor of the Year three times in my career and am the only prosecutor to ever twice receive the award from the Utah Office for Victims of Crime.
As County Attorney, I vow to continue my legacy of protecting victims, bringing criminals to justice, and fearlessly fighting for the safety and betterment of Box Elder County.
DEFENDER OF FREEDOM
I pursued my undergraduate degree in Law & Constitutional Studies because I cherish our Constitution and everything it stands for. I am passionate about ensuring the preservation of individual rights and recognize the immense power that the government yields and the need for it to be checked. I believe that the very purpose of law enforcement and prosecution is preserve those sacred rights.
To ensure those rights are protected and power is not being abused, I spend a lot of time working alongside the incredible law enforcement officers and prosecutors in this county. I regularly train, advise, and instruct officers and prosecutors, not just in Utah, but across the nation.

As County Attorney, I vow to uphold our Constitution, preserve individual rights, respect the limitations of government, and to be a steadfast defender of freedom for Box Elder County.
